Church Farm Barns for Ann Hathaways Cottage This superior 18th century barn conversion is situated in the village of Shottery, Stratford-upon Avon. A historic village, Shottery enjoys a peaceful setting in the rolling Warwickshire countryside and is home to Anne Hathaway's cottage, a popular destination for all exploring Englands Shakesperian Heritage. The village boasts many black and white thatched cottages has a popular restaurant and a welcoming inn serving real ales and delicious food.

Within easy reach Shakespeare's Stratford, a bustling town on the banks of the River Avon and home to the world famous Royal Shakespeare Theatre, a plethora of quaint shops and restaurants set amongst striking architecture and riverside walks.

Additional Information:

A £250 'Good Housekeeping refundable deposit is payable' this must be paid direct to the owner and appropriate instructions will be issued at the time of booking. This will be reimbursed post holiday and after satisfactory inventory checks have been made.

A standard aministrative charge of £29.99 is payable directly to the owner

Towels and linen are included in the price

Electricity and gas central heating are charged between £10 to £25 per day depending on time of year and usage

Wi Fi is charged at £24.99 per 7 day break or £19.99 for short breaks and hot tub charged at £150 for a short break dependant on whether you wish to use the facilities.

From Stratford on Avon. Just 4 miles south on Stratford on Avon and just off the A422 to Banbury. When on the A422 heading south for 3 miles you will come across a turning to Loxley. Turn Left and continue up the road for approximately 200 yards. The Holiday Cottage is the down the 2nd driveway on the left. From the M40 Junction 15. Follow the A429 sign posted to Stow. Continue for approximately 5 miles until the A429 turns off left at an island (by the Fire Station). Continue straight on at that island on a minor road, until you see the sign off to the left for Loxley Village. Drive through the village, then after approximately 1 mile you will come across the driveway on your right.
