Morton Bagot

Morton Bagot, recorded in the Domesday Book, is a small village lying approx 9.5 miles from Stratford-upon-Avon. A road from Oldberrow to Spernall runs north and south through the middle of the parish of Morton Bagot, Oldberrow and Spernall.

The parish church of the Holy Trinity standing on a mound dates back to the 13th century. It consists of a chancel, nave, south porch and a timbered bell-cote containing two bells that are still rung today.
